Each contributed from their own area of expertise. It was set to be a warm marathon edition, so Marathons International specifically adapted the shake-out run and presentation accordingly. That requires flexibility.

Furthermore, every participant (and supporter) was given the freedom to choose whether to join group activities. I would certainly recommend doing so, as it is a great way to meet new, wonderful people.
