ANVR
ANVR BARENTSZEN, Marathons International, and HDM Sports are affiliated with ANVR, which offers you extra security and protection. This means that we meet strict quality requirements, maintain transparent terms and conditions, and work with reliable travel partners.
SGR(Z)
SGR(Z) Marathons International is a member of SGR and BARENTSZEN is a member of SGRZ. This SGR(Z) guarantee ensures that your prepaid travel costs will be refunded if the counterparty is unable to fulfill the agreed performance due to financial insolvency. If the agreement includes transport and the destination has already been reached, the return journey will be arranged.
Travel Calamity Guarantee
Travel Calamity Guarantee BARENTSZEN and Marathons International are affiliated with the Stichting Calamiteitenfonds Reizen (Travel Calamity Guarantee). The Calamities Fund guarantee means that as a traveler participating in a trip to which the guarantee applies, you:
- will receive a refund of (part of) your travel sum if we are unable to execute the trip, or cannot execute it fully, due to a calamity;
- will be reimbursed for necessary additional costs if we must adjust the trip or repatriate you prematurely due to a calamity.
A calamity is defined as an abnormal event caused by civil unrest or a natural disaster.
